Canto, the newest addition to The Old Mill Hotel is where Chef Franco Ursini creates dishes with simple elegance which celebrate fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The cuisine inspired by Italian styles, infuses international touches, and is served in our serene Humber Valley setting. Canto's creations speak for themselves; come and listen.
